GRANTVILLE, Ga. — A Grantville Police Department officer has died following an apparent heart attack, WSBTV reported.
Corporal Kevin Enfinger was heading home from a patrol shift around 5:30 p.m. when he experienced the medical emergency.
Enfinger was found in the median of a road, and a passerby began administering CPR. He was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the report.
Enfinger had served with the Grantville Police Department for four years.
