Arkansas: Cabot Police are investigating the department’s first officer involved deadly shooting. It happened Sunday morning. Police and witnesses say the officer. Just before 12:00 p.m. Officer Renee Robinson was the first one to arrive. Police say the suspect attacked Robinson almost immediately after she got out of her car. At one point police say McMoran slammed Robinson down onto her own patrol car, choked her, gouged at her eyes and reached for her gun
