WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. — A man driving a truck with fake “private” license plates was arrested after he refused to identify himself.
Police pulled over Richard Leroy Garrison, 63, after noticing his plates said “no driver license or insurance required,” KPTV reported.
When the officer asked him to provide identification, he refused and was taken into custody where he was identified. He is charged with failure to carry and present a valid license and interfering with a peace officer.
