BEAVERTON, Ore. — A Beaverton man was arrested following a string of erratic outbursts that culminated in the suspect allegedly masturbating in a Salem roadhouse, officials said.
It took a Taser and more than a dozen officers on Sunday to finally subdue Andrew Frey inside Iggy’s Bar & Grill on Portland Road Northeast, the Marion County Sheriff’s office said.

This is the fourth group of workers the city has had to compensate since Proposition B’s reversal because officials put the measure on the ballot without negotiating with labor unions
“It is a miracle that President Trump survived,” Senator Rand Paul said. “...The consequences imposed so far do not reflect the severity of the situation”
The President approved Texas’ request to extend the disaster declaration beyond Kerr County to eight additional counties, making them eligible for direct financial assistance to rebuild
“I see it as a no-brainer,” said Decatur PD Chief Brad Allen. “Human trafficking is real. It’s all over rural and urban areas. Decatur’s not immune to it, Central Illinois’s not immune to it.”
