The job of a police officer is deadly serious, but there are numerous incidents that capture just how bizarre and sometimes humorous life on the beat can be. After last week’s story of a man causing a gun scare in a stormtrooper costume went viral, we decided to try and dig up other ‘Star Wars’-themed incidents involving cops. Turns out, there’s quite a few of them. Take a look at these five times officers faced off with the Galactic Empire:
