ROWLAND HEIGHTS, Calif. — A woman caught on camera in a bizarre accident is now a fugitive after skipping her court date, San Gabriel Valley Tribune reported.

The woman, 23-year-old Jasmin Lacey, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, hit-and-run with a runaway car, auto theft, taking a car without the owner’s consent and driving without a valid license for the Sept. 1, 2015 incident.

A viral video shows Lacey jumping out of a rolling vehicle and causing collisions with oncoming traffic. The video garnered more than 4.9 million views.

Lacey failed to appear for a Feb. 10 arraignment and is now a fugitive, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Sarah Ardalani told the news site.

Lacy was initially arrested after she showed signs of intoxication and provided no explanation for her behavior, CHP Officer Armando Perdomo told the news site. She was released from custody pending blood test results and prosecutors filed charges Feb. 5.

No one was injured in the collision.
