GLENDALE, Wis. — Body camera video captured the moment police arrested a car theft suspect who was hiding inside a porta-potty, TMJ4 reported.

The incident began when officers with the Glendale Police Department spotted a stolen Dodge Durango and initiated a pursuit, according to the report. Video shows officers deploying spike strips to try to stop the vehicle.

As the vehicle swerves to avoid the strips, it hits another car head-on before veering into the grassy median. It narrowly avoided driving into freeway traffic by hitting a metal barrier.

After the vehicle comes to a stop, surveillance footage shows four suspects jump out of the car and flee on foot in different directions.

One suspect ran onto a golf course, where he hid inside a porta-potty, according to the report. A golfer tipped the porta-potty on its side, trapping the suspect.

Police arrived on the scene and flipped the porta-potty. Body camera footage shows the officers taking the suspects into custody.

Two of the suspects have been arrested, according to the report.
