Our shield designs far surpass NIJ requirements for a given threat level. As such, we consider all our shields as being a “plus” or "+". Our Level III and Lightweight Level III shields come in multiple sizes and are offered in either a Double Cutout or Rectangle tactical shape. Our shields come in a full cut that isn’t tapered. Some of our competitors do this to save weight but we believe that this added protection is vital and is a reason we work so hard to develop lightweight products so the operator can stay in the fight longer and have a greater life-saving advantage.
