CINCINNATI, Ohio — Authorites have released the full version of body camera footage from University of Cincinnati Officer Ray Tensing.
Tensing fatally shot suspect Samuel Dubose after stopping him over a missing front license plate.
Tensing pleaded not guilty to murder charges in court June 30.
