Your medical kit could be the difference between life and death. Regular checks ensure critical supplies like gloves, tourniquets and trauma dressings are ready when you need them most. Add tools like naloxone, and make sure you’re up-to-date on CPR and first aid training. Being prepared goes beyond having the right gear – it’s about knowing how to use it when it matters most. Keep your kit and skills sharp, so you’re ready to protect and serve in any emergency.
