In a rare spectacle for the region, Officer Mike Sirenko of the Olympia (Wash.) Police Department captures the essence of duty amid a heavy snowstorm in Olympia, WA.
“This photo was during a heavy snowstorm, which we do not get here often,” said Officer Sirenko. “We had to assist dozens of people in their vehicles who were stuck on the way home.”
