This week’s photo of the week comes from Officer Tracy Moore of the Lubbock Police Department in Texas. Moore snapped this photo of Mounted Patrol Officer John Barber giving his horse, Little Stinker, a ‘tune-up.’ How did Little Stinker get his name? “He’s really sweet, but mischievous like a kid. He’ll steal the hat off your head and run off with it,” Officer Barber explained.
