WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Smith & Warren is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of National Emblem & Badge, a division of OGS Technologies, LLC, that specializes in the manufacture of custom metal badges & uniform insignia.

The acquisition of National Emblem & Badge marks the first acquisition for Smith & Warren since 2017 when it acquired the Weyhing Brothers product line. “We are pleased to welcome National Emblem & Badge customers to our company,” says Lee Galperin, President of Smith & Warren. “With this acquisition we will also be expanding our product to include many of the unique styles developed by National Emblem & Badge, including the popular Millenium Series.”
