The 2024 International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA) Conference was held from March 18-23 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Police1 columnist Todd Fletcher attended the 2024 ILEETA Expo, which featured over 125 vendors showcasing a range of products, including firearms, firearm accessories, clothing, duty belt gear, training mats and the latest virtual reality training simulators.
During his visit, Todd caught up with Kerry Mensior, International De-Escalation Association’s (IDEA) executive director, about their generational leadership course, as well as its pillars of de-escalation. Watch the video above for an inside look at what IDEA has to offer.
