Gracie Winder, M.S., founder of EduFuturist4U and an expert in industrial and organizational psychology, is leading a research project focused on the effectiveness of a custom-built GPT designed for police academy instructors and field training officers.

This AI-powered tool is developed to support law enforcement training by enabling users to create scenarios tailored to their department and state code laws, develop quizzes for cadets, generate downloadable PowerPoint presentations for police courses, and administer and grade Kolb’s Learning Styles Assessment for cadets.

Winder is seeking police instructors and field training officers to participate in this research study. Participants will have the opportunity to use the AI tool in training environments and provide feedback on its functionality and usefulness.

Those involved in the study will be asked to complete a short weekly form, tracking their usage of the tool, evaluating its effectiveness, and noting which of the four features they used. This feedback will be used to assess the tool’s potential impact on police training.

Instructors and field training officers interested in participating in the study can contact Gracie Winder directly at edufuturist4u@gmail.com for more information and to sign up.
