SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — When the first officer arrived, the man was naked and beating on the window of Battlefield City Hall.
When back-up deputies got there, the hostile man proclaimed he was God as white foam gathered around his mouth. He sweated profusely.
Subduing him, the deputies used pepper spray, Tasers and force.
