Under this initiative, new recruits at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) receive access to Cordico’s cutting-edge wellness app for their first two years of service. The app offers tools like stress management techniques, peer support and confidential self-assessments, ensuring officers begin their careers with the resources to maintain mental health and resilience.
Additionally, Dr. Gilmartin’s e-learning series on law enforcement wellness is made available at no cost to all police departments statewide. These comprehensive training resources equip officers with strategies to manage the unique stresses of their work, fostering a healthier, more supportive environment across Indiana.
