By Police1 Staff
Every day, as a police officer, you give your all to protect and serve your community. The commitment is deeply rewarding, yet it comes with its own set of challenges that can weigh heavily on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. First Responder Wellness Week, now in its second year, was designed to provide the resources, support and community to help you better understand the mental and physical health risks that come with the job.
Celebrated this year from March 27-31, and brought to you by Lexipol, Police1 and our partners, the second annual First Responder Wellness Week focused on physical fitness, peer support, nutrition, mental health and family support.
Below, we have rounded up the top #FirstResponderWellnessWeek social media posts from law enforcement agencies nationwide. These agencies fully embraced Wellness Week to ensure their employees are physically and mentally fit.
Did your agency participate in this year’s First Responder Wellness Week? Send us a social link and we’ll add it to our roundup. Stay well!
